deVere Group announces sponsorship of British boxing champion, Jack Catterall

deVere Group, one of the world’s leading independent financial institutions, is thrilled to announce they have signed a sponsorship agreement with the British light-welterweight boxing champion, Jack Catterall.

As part of their sponsorship deal, deVere Group and Jack Catterall will be creating an exclusive NFT collection to be launched on their non-fungible token platform, dV Gems. The platform cements deVere Group’s bold move into the digital assets space. Aiming to provide investors with immediate access to the decade’s hottest emerging asset class, dV Gems allows investors to buy and sell digital tokens created in partnership with some of the world’s top sporting talent.

The Jack Catterall Collection will mark the much-anticipated launch of the platform in the coming months. The non-fungible tokens will provide fans with real-world utility, giving them the opportunity to unluck exclusive reward opportunities and experiences.

James Green, deVere Group Investment Director, says: “NFTs are really going to be a game-changer for the sports industry. Fans have always wanted to buy exclusive merchandise tied to their idols and these tokens take it one step further. With dV Gems, fans will be able to buy into their hero’s exclusive community and unlock real-world value and experiences all through the power of NFTs.”

“We are absolutely delighted to have a champ like Jack on board and are looking forward to a very exciting partnership together.”

Under the agreement, deVere Group will also feature on the Chorley fighter’s matchday kit and Jack will also be joining deVere for a series of motivational company webinars to inspire their global teams.

James Green says: “At deVere, we believe that personal development is extremely important and a huge part of that is finding new ways to inspire and motivate our staff. We are so proud of our company culture and are delighted to welcome Jack into the deVere family and to have the chance to learn what it takes from a champion.”
