This is a 5-year structured investment linked to the performance of Nikkei 225,  NASDAQ 100 and Euro Stoxx Banks indices.

Term of Investment

The note lasts for a maximum of 5 years, with regular early redemption opportunities.

Strike Date Value

This product strikes on the 26th of October 2023, on that date, the index value of the Nikkei 225, NASDAQ 100 and Euro Stoxx Banks is recorded.

Early Redemption Years 1 - 4 If, on any annual

If, on any annual observation date from Year 1 to Year 4, all the underlying indices are trading on or above 100% of their strike date value, clients will receive 100% of their capital plus an investment return of 13% in USD or 12% in GBP for each annual period that has passed since the strike date and the investment ends.

Final Maturity Year 5 – Low Hurdle

If, on the final observation date at the end of Year 5, the worst performing index is on or above 70% of its strike date value, investors will receive their initial capital back in full, plus an investment return of 65.0% in USD or 60.0% in GBP.

Protection

This note offers clients 30% downside protection, meaning clients capital remains 100% protected even if the worst performing underlying index drops by 30%.

Risk

If, at the final observation, even one of the indices is trading below 70% of its original value, then capital is at risk and investors will receive 1:1 return of the least performing index.
