Term of Investment
The note lasts for a maximum of 2 years, with regular early redemption opportunities.
Strike Date Value
This product strikes on the 17th August 2023 2023, on that date, the share price value of Meta Platforms Inc, NVIDIA Corp & Amazon.com Inc will be recorded.
Fixed Income Coupons
A quarterly coupon of 3.075% in USD or 3.075% in GBP is paid regardless of the performance of the underlying stocks.
Early Redemption
This note has a feature called autocall. This means on every quarterly observation (from the 2nd quarter onwards), if all the underlying stocks are trading on or above 100% of their strike date value - the note will mature returning clients with 100% of their capital, plus the fixed coupon for that period. If an autocall is not triggered, then the investment continues until the next observation date.
Final Maturity
If, at the end of the 2-year term, an autocall has not been triggered, a final observation will take place. If the worst-performing stock is on or above 55% of its strike date value, investors will receive their initial capital back in full, plus the final fixed coupon for that period.
Risk
If, at the end of the 2-year term, any of the stocks are trading below 55% of their strike date value, then capital is at risk and investors will receive 1:1 return of the least performing stock plus the final fixed coupon for that period.
