Your job is to prospect & connect with individuals who fit specific criteria & arrange a consultation meeting between them and a financial adviser. This involves cold and warm calling, LinkedIn prospecting & attending networking events.
The job is commission orientated; you are paid on results. Earning potential is uncapped. However, don’t worry, the job isn’t purely commission only, you will receive a monthly living allowance. We also run weekly sales competitions with cash prizes.
